These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of mbsystems.com.pk and to orders, products and services provided by Multan Business Systems (MBS). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the applicable terms below.

Products, Prices and Availability

We aim to keep product information, specifications, prices and availability accurate. However, prices and availability may change, and an order is not considered finally confirmed until MBS has verified the relevant product, price, availability and order details with the customer.

If a website price, specification or other product detail contains an error, MBS may correct the information before confirming the order.

Product Images and Specifications

Product images are provided to help identify and understand the product. Minor appearance, packaging, accessory or production variations may occur. Where a particular model or specification is important, it should be confirmed with MBS before payment.

Orders and Payment

Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Orders are processed after the required payment has been received and verified by MBS.

Most machine orders require full advance payment. Where MBS specifically agrees to accept a partial advance, the amount and remaining payment terms will be confirmed with the customer before the order proceeds.

For courier dispatch, any agreed remaining payment must be cleared before dispatch. Where an MBS engineer is personally delivering or installing a machine and MBS has agreed to a remaining balance, that balance may be paid by bank transfer at the agreed delivery or installation stage.

After making a bank transfer, the customer should send the payment receipt by WhatsApp to 0314-615-5033 for verification.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and dispatch are subject to our Shipping Policy. Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed according to the order.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty on Machines

Where a machine is sold with an MBS service warranty, the warranty period may vary by product or model, typically between 6 and 12 months, and the applicable period will be confirmed at the time of sale.

The warranty is a service warranty only. Parts and other chargeable items are not included unless MBS specifically confirms otherwise.

Settings-related issues may sometimes be resolved by phone support. Where workshop attention is required, the machine may need to be sent to the MBS workshop. If the customer requests an on-site technician instead, applicable visit and travel charges will be communicated to the customer.

Repair and Service Work

Repair and service work is assessed before the customer is given an estimated cost. Work begins after customer approval. If an additional fault or required part is identified during the repair and the estimated cost changes, MBS will inform the customer before proceeding with the additional work.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping and other information required to process an order or service request.

MBS Name and Logo

The Multan Business Systems name, MBS logo and original MBS branding may not be copied, presented as another business’s identity, or used commercially without permission.

Website Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Changes to These Terms

MBS may update these Terms & Conditions when its website, products, services or business operations change. The latest version published on this page will apply from its stated update date.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.
