Shipping Policy

Multan Business Systems (MBS) ships eligible products and equipment across Pakistan. The applicable delivery method and shipping charges are confirmed according to the order.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Dispatch processing begins after the required advance or full payment has been received and verified by MBS.

Dispatch Time

Available products/machines: normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
On-demand machines: normally dispatched within 5–10 working days after advance/payment confirmation.

Where a product requires a different arrangement, MBS will communicate the expected dispatch details to the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on the order and are confirmed with the customer before the order proceeds.

Dispatch Updates

After dispatch, available tracking or dispatch information will be shared with the customer through the available contact method.

Customer Details

The customer is responsible for providing a correct recipient name, phone number and delivery address. MBS may contact the customer where additional information is needed before dispatch.
